The Ministry of Urban Development and Lands has prepared a proposal for social housing, which includes two-room, three-room and four-room units. The plan to build social housing is in the form of public rent, which is proposed in the post-war country due to the economic crisis in general and housing in part. By building social housing, it is possible to have a lot of housing, which will increase the supply and create a balance in the housing market, and thus help in economic development. In the proposed plan, the house to be built will be rented out to the target groups within a specified time frame. It should be noted that according to the proposal, these houses will be built either by municipalities or charitable foundations.
