Pirozi Residential Town Project

Pirozi Residential Town Project established in 2004, which is under work in 19 PDs of Kabul.

The aim of Pirozi residential township is to provide shelter for the needy people especially government employees and those with low income and poor people. In addition, it will provide job opportunities, decrease the expansion of population in Kabul, and improve the environment and decrease the increased value of houses in Kabul.

The town will be constructed with 8,800 residential plats with gardens which includes 417 residential blocks in industrial, infrastructure, services, and educational areas.

The infrastructure work of the town includes; detailed plan and to build 37 km road, in the first phase, it will extend 23 km water supply system and 20 km septic tank system, design all the roads inside the town, design food storage area, construct drinking water reservation, construct residential yards with different styles, construct 3 residential buildings, water supply system, canalization network, general electricity network, drill 7 wells for drinking water and construct entry and exit doors are already completed.

The designated budget for the project for the year 2019 is more than 538 million Afghani and it will be funded by the Finance Ministry.
