Over 700 Jeribs of Land Consolidated in Kabul
The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL consolidated 151 jeribs (30.2 hectares) of state and private land in around Kabul province. The consolidate land for the ring road of Kabul has been reached to 700 jeribs (140 hectares).
Out of the total; 105 jeribs (21 hectares) are private property and the remaining 46 jeribs (9.2 hectares) are state-owned land.
However, the length of Kabul Ring Road is 207 Kilometers of which the first phase is starting from Abdul Ali village along Kabul- Kandahar highway, crosses Mehdya Township and Qorogh Mountains that connects Kabul-Logar. The second phase of the ring road connects the highways of Kabul-Logar to the highways of Kabul-Jalalabad and Qorogh Mountains to the highways of Kabul-Logar and the third phase connects the highways of Kabul-Jalalabad to Morad Big village along the highways of Kabul-Parwan. The ring road of Kabul in its forth phase starts from the highways of Kabul- Kandahar and again end on the Kabul-Kandahar highways.
