Over 266,000 Jeribs of Land Registered in Kabul
The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, throughout the State Land Bank, has so far surveyed and registered 266,937 jeribs (53,387 hectares) of state-owned land and public properties under state institutions use which is divided into 264 portions in Kabul.
Out of the total, 258,797 jeribs (51,759 hectares) is unused lands which are divided into 215 portions and the remaining 817,006 jeribs are state lands divided into 49 portions in central and various districts of the province.
Further, the ministry has so far surveyed, mapped and registered 5,785,537 jeribs (1,157,107 hectares) of state-owned land divided into 6,289 portions in 29 provinces of the country.
