Over 178,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Faryab

In proceed of State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has registered 178,160 Jeribs (35,632 hectares) of state land and properties divided into 182 portions throughout northern Faryab province.

Out of the total; 9,294 jeribs (1,858.8 hectares) of land is public properties under state institutions use and the remaining 168,866 jeribs (33,773.2 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.

Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has so far registered 6,500,000 jeribs (1,300,000 hectares) of state land and public properties in 28 provinces of the country.
