Over 160,000 Jeribs of Land Registered in Laghman

In the implementation process of the State Land Bank, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has surveyed and registered 165,389 jeribs (33,077.8 hectares) of state-owned land and property in eastern Laghman province.

Out of the total; 150,155 jeribs (30031 hectares) of land in 79 portions is yet to be used and the remaining 15,234 jeribs (3,046.8 hectares) of land in 207 portion are under the use of state institutions throughout the province.

Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and land has so surveyed, registered and mapped 5,112,000,36 jeribs (102,240,007.2 hectares) of land throughout the country.
