Construction Work of Two High Schools Started in Badakhshan
In proceed of the implementation of educational projects, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has started construction work of Bibi Aisha Sediqa High School in Hamchyan district and Kham Shahan High School in Raghistan district of northeastern Badakhshan province.
Moreover, Bibi Aisha Sediqa High School has been constructed 40 percent on 610 square meters of land in two floors at a total cost of 17,000,000 AFN. In addition, Kham Shahan High School has been constructed 90 percent on 625 square meters of land in two floors at a total cost 27,000,000 AFG funding from the developmental budget of ministry.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land in recent three years has started 1,030 construction projects in the country. Out of the total; 150 projects have been completed, 400 others are under implementation process and the remaining projects are in survey design and procurement phases.
