In proceed of constructing public installation, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has started construction work of Umar Bin Khitab Madrasa hostel in Hesai Awal district of northeastern Panjshir province.
Moreover, the hostel has been constructed on 500 meter squares of land in two floors at a total cost of 18,550,000 AFN from the developmental budget of the ministry.
