Regional Development Plan of Maidan Wardak Approved

H.E Minister Mahmood Karzai in a meeting with Abdul Rahman Tariq, Maidan Wardak governor, Akhtar Mohammad Taher, director of the provincial council, and many other directors approved the regional development plan of central Maidan Wardak province.

Moreover, in the beginning, the minister of urban development and land considered preparing and approval of regional development plan as a critical step towards the province’s regular development, facilitating the implementation of public and development projects as well as providing residents prosperity and economic growth of the province.

In addition, the governor of Maidan Wardak also considered approval of regional development plan as an important step for a developed province and given expressed his gratitude to the ministry of urban development and land – MUDL for cooperation and full attention.

It is worth mentioning that regional development plans are prepared for the purpose of equal development of cities and rural areas, economic growth, management of development activities of different organizations, reduction of poverty, and creation of healthy environment and citizen’s lifestyle across the country.
