In proceed of Programme for Registration of Urban Informal Settlement (PRUIS), the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has recently started the distribution process of 4,985 Occupancy Certificates (OCs) to the residents of the urban informal area in Jalal Abad the provincial city of Nangarhar province.
Out of the total; 1,898 occupancy certificates have been distributed and the remaining 3,087 OCs are under distribution program.
