Over 272,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Jowzjan

In proceed of the State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has registered 272,265 jeribs (54,453 hectares) of state-owned land and properties divided into 279 portions throughout Jowzjan province.

Out of the total; 59,174 jeribs (11,834.8 hectares) of land are public properties under state institutions use and the remaining 213,091 jeribs (42,618.2 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.

Moreover, since the initiative, in order to implement grand development projects, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has registered more than 6,800,000 jeribs (1,360,000 hectares) of state land and properties divided into 6,939 portions in 31 provinces of the country.
