Over 261,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Zabul

In proceed of State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has registered 261,756 jeribs (52,351.2 hectares) of state land and public properties under state institutions use in southern Zabul province.

Out of the total; 5,096 jeribs (1,019.2 hectares) is public properties under state institutions use and the remaining 256,660 jeribs (51,332 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.

Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has so far registered 6,438,349 jeribs (1,287,669.8 hectares) of state land and public properties divided into 6,651 portions in 28 provinces and is committed to the continuity of the process to facilitate the implementation of government’s major economic and development plans that are in the highest interest of the country.
