موازی1516 جریب زمین دولتی در ولایت پروان استرداد شد

وزارت شهرسازی و اراضی، بعد از تحول از ماه عقرب تا کنون، موازی 1516 جریب زمین دولتی را در ولایت پروان استرداد کرده است.

موازی 1516 جریب زمین دولتی در مرکز و ولسوالی‌های ولایت پروان استرداد شده و موازی 60 جریب زمین که تحت منازعه قرار داشت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.

هم‌چنان، موازی 100 جریب زمین تحت اجاره در ولسوالی بگرام آن ولایت که در غصب اشخاص قرار گرفته بود، به خاطر استرداد آن مکتوبی به ولسوالی بگرام صادر شده تا غاصبین مورد پیگرد قانونی قرار گیرند.

وزارت شهرسازی و اراضی، زمین‌های دولتی را به هدف تفکیک زمین دولتی و غیر دولتی، توسعه شهری و تحقق پروژه‌های عام‌المنفعه تصفیه می‌کند.
