Over 68,000 Jeribs of Pasture Land Surveyed in Baghlan
In proceed of surveying, lining and registering pastures in the country, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has so far surveyed and registered 68,790 jeribs (13,758 hectares) of pasture land in 22 portions throughout the northern Baghlan province.
Moreover, since the start of surveying and registering pastures, the MUDL has surveyed and registered 793,669 jeribs (158,733.8 hectares) of public and private pasture land into State Land Bank in 28 provinces of the country.
Furthermore, through the implementation of consolidation, registration and lining of the postures, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land provides ground to use the public and private pastures as the national wealth of the people of Afghanistan and creating better conditions for growth, economic and livestock self-sufficiency, makes fundamental changes in people’s lives.
