Mr. Mahmood Karzai Visits Pirozi Residential Township
Mr. Mahmood Karzai, Acting Minister of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, along with Land Affairs Management and Housing Deputies visited Pirozi Residential Township in Deh Sabz district of Kabul.
In the beginning, Mr. Abdul Rahman Abidi, in-charge of the Pirozi Residential Township, presented the overall information. According to Abidi the township is being constructed on 8,000 jeribs of land with having 8,800 residential plots and 417 blocks that are divided into 6 phases.
Subsequently, Mr. Mahmood Karzai visited roads and infrastructures of number of phases and instructed the officials to seriously monitor and protect the infrastructure adding that the current price per each square meter, to decrease them according to the economic conditions of the people.
In addition, Mr. Karzai elaborated; Pirozi Township has the best location in all respects and promised that the town will be constructed in a modern and standard way.
In the end, Mr. Mahmood Karzai recommended the relevant departments to carry out all the affairs of the township in a standard manner.
It is worth mentioning, that the industrial area of the town has 13 active factories and up to 70 others are in the phase of installing machinery.
The aim of Pirozi Township is to eliminate the issue of houses and distribute on beneficiaries. Recently up to 1,177 residential plots distributed to the families of martyred members of the security and defense forces.
