Safeguarding personal, public, public and endowment properties is at the top of the plans of the Ministry of Urban and Land Development, and short, medium and long term plans are being implemented using contemporary technology.

According to the plan, by the end of 2019, 40,000 homes will be built by the end of 2019, and by the end of 2020, 50,000 homes will be distributed in informal areas of the cities of Kabul, Kandahar, Jalalabad, Mazar-i-Sharif, Herat, Bamyan, Farah and Nili Sindh. This process; 3 million people directly benefit from the benefits.

On the other hand, with regard to the priority of the extraction of state-owned land and the equalization of appropriate conditions for the proper use of these lands, 500,000 acres of state-owned land has already been extracted and a significant part of it has been used for the implementation of development projects.

In addition, with the decontamination of more than 1 million and 200 thousand acres of state land and the transfer of more than 240 thousand acres of state land to government agencies; the necessary opportunities for the implementation of public-benefit projects for the people of the country have been provided.
