The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, exploited Tor Shahid 10-classes school in Pulkhumri, the provincial city of northern Baghlan province.
The two floors school has been constructed on 645m² of land, cost of 23,100,000 AFN which funded by developmental budget of the ministry.
