DM of Public Buildings Affairs

Design Center for Public Buildings: DM of Public Buildings Affairs According to design rules and regulations, the Design Center for Public Buildings, is responsible for designing of all public and governmental projects.

General Directorate for Design of Public Buildings: The General Directorate for Design of Public Buildings is having six departments, which is consist of; health and education, residential and industrial, sports and cultural, Darul Aman Administrative Complex, districts office complexes, construction of mosques, repairing of historical sites and cultural heritages and also works for operational directorates, directory board of experts and the directory of technical board of control.

Directorate of Watch and Quality Control: Directorate of Watch and Quality Control is one of the directorates of Deputy Ministry of Public Buildings Affairs of the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL. Moreover, the directorate is responsible to watch and control construction materials, implementation of experimented result and physical situation of buildings constructed on arranged design.

Norms and Building Codes Research, Design and Evaluation Directorate: Norms and Building Codes Research, Design and Evaluation Directorate is one of the directorates of Deputy Ministry of Public Buildings Affairs of the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL. However, the directorate performs research on all planning and designing of construction and supervises the implementation of all national and international construction codes.
