The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has started construction work of Mohammadi learning center in Dawlat Shahi village of Bagram district of northern Parwan province.
The two floors building will be constructed on 700-meter squares of land, at an estimated cost of 9,700,000 AFN which is funded by the development budget of the ministry.
