Over 62,000 Jeribs of Pasture Land Surveyed in Herat

In implementation of surveying, lining and registering pastures in the country, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has surveyed and registered 62,979 jeribs (12,595.8 hectares) of pasture land in 44 portions, throughout the western Herat province.
Moreover, since the start of surveying and registering pastures, the MUDL has surveyed and registered 793,669 jeribs (158,733.8 hectares) of public and private aosture land into State Land Bank in 28 provinces of the country.
Furthermore, through the implementation of consolidation, registration and lining of the pastures, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land provides ground to use the public and private postures as the national wealth of the people of Afghanistan and creating better conditions for growth, economic and livestock self-sufficiency, makes fundamental changes in people’s lives.
