Over 319,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Paktika

In proceed of State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has registered 319,403 jeribs (63,880.6 hectares) of state-owned land and properties divided into 131 portions in throughout eastern Paktika province.

Out of the total; 6,105 jeribs (1,221 hectares) of land is public properties under state institutions use and the remaining 313,298 jeribs (62,659.6 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.

Moreover, since the initiative, in order to implement grand development projects, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has registered 6,811,482 jeribs (1,362,296.4 hectares) of state land and properties divided into 6,939 portions in 31 provinces of the country.
