Over 235,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Kunduz
In proceed of State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has registered 235,475 jeribs (47,095 hectares) of state land and public properties under state institutions use divided into 316 portions throughout northeastern Kunduz province.
Out of the total; 12,342 jeribs (2,468.4 hectares) is public properties under state institutions use and the remaining 223,134 jeribs (44,626.8 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.
Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has so far registered 6,438,349 jeribs (1,287,669.8 hectares) of state land and public properties divided into 6,651 portions in 28 provinces and is committed to the continuity of the process to facilitate the implementation of government’s major economic and development plans that are in the highest interest of the country.
