Over 230,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Khost
In proceed of State Land Bank, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has registered 230,069 jeribs (46,013.8 hectares) of state land and public properties divided into 252 portions throughout southeastern Khost province.
Out of the total; 11,344 jeribs (2,268.8 hectares) is public properties under state institutions use and the remaining 218,725 jeribs (43,745 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.
Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has so far registered 6,438,349 jeribs (1,287,669.8 hectares) of state land and public properties divided into 6,651 portions in 28 provinces and is committed to the initiative in order to facilitate the implementation of government’s grand development and economic projects of the country.
