Over 179,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Takhar

In proceed of the State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has registered 179,725 jeribs (35,945 hectares) of state-owned land and properties divided into 329 portions throughout Takhar province.

Out of the total; 3,337 jeribs (667.4 hectares) of land is public properties under state institutions use and the remaining 176,388 jeribs (35,277.6 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.

Moreover, since the initiative, in order to implement grand development projects, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has registered more than 6,800,000 jeribs (1,360,000 hectares) of state land and properties divided into 6,939 portions in 31 provinces of the country.
