Over 140,000 Jeribs of Land Registered in Badghis

In proceed of State Land Bank, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has registered 143,704 jeribs (28,740.8 hectares) of state land properties in northwest Badghis province.

Out of total; 142,720 jeribs are unused state land divided into 28 portions and the remaining 984 jeribs are public properties under the use of state institutions in 72 portions throughout the province.

Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land has so far registered, surveyed and mapped more than 4,569,100 jeribs (913,820 hectares) of state land and properties, which are divided into 5,292 portions in 28 provinces of the country.
