The Ministry of Urban Development and Land welcomes investment in housing

Mr. Hamdollah Nomani, Acting Minister of Urban Development and Lands, met with Mr. Zaid Heydari, the national businessman in his office, and talked about investing in the housing sector. In this meeting, which was also attended by the officials of Piroozi Residential Town project, they talked and exchanged views on how to build affordable housing with the participation of the private sector in the areas of Piroozi Residential Project. Rumi Hamdollah Nomani, head of the Ministry of Urban Development and Lands, welcomed the construction of affordable housing by Zaid Heydari, the national businessman, who will provide shelter for homeless compatriots in exchange for long-term installments. The head of the Ministry of Urban Development and Lands also said that the ministry facilitates and supports investors and businessmen who want to invest in the housing sector to address the problem of homelessness in the country. It is worth mentioning that this is the second meeting between the national businessman and the leadership of the ministry, which discussed the start of practical work on 2,000 affordable housing, technical sections, and installments.
