The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has started construction work of a religion learning center in Jurm district of northern Badakhshan province.
The two-floor center will be constructed on 675-meter squares of land at an estimated cost of 24,700,000 AFN which is funded by development budget of the ministry.
