The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has started construction work of a mosque which is named Mahkama in central of northern Parwan province.
The two floors mosque will be constructed on 750m² of land, at an estimated cost of 35,300,000 AFN, which is funded by the development budget of the ministry.
