Over 252,800 Jeribs of Land Surveyed in Zabul
In implementation of the State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has survey and registered 252,857 jeribs (50,571.4 hectares) of state-owned land and public properties under state institutions use in southern Zabul province.
Out of the total; 247,761 jeribs (49,522.2 hectares) is unused state-owned land and the remaining 5,096 jeribs (1,019.2 hectares) are public properties under state institutions use.
Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land has so far registered about 6,000,000 jeribs (1,200,000 hectares) of state-owned land and is intended to pave the path for the implementation of public projects throughout the country.
