Over 230,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Khost
In proceed of State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has registered 230,069 jeribs (46,013.8 hectares) of state land and public properties under state institutions use in southeastern Khost province.
Out of the total; 11,344 jeribs (2,268.8 hectares) is public properties under state institutions use and the remaining 218,725 jeribs (43,745 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.
Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has so far registered 6,438,349 jeribs (1,287,669.8 hectares) of state land and public properties divided into 6,651 portions in 28 provinces and is committed to the continuity of the process to facilitate the implementation of government’s major economic and development plans that are in the highest interest of the country.
