Over 20k Jeribs of Land Restituted in Zindajan of Herat

In proceed of state grabbed land restitution, this time, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL restituted 20,531 jeribs (4106.2 hectares) in Zindajan district of western Herat province.

The state-owned grabbed land was under private use of local powerful individuals since years, however, the MUDL has provided better opportunity for its effective use.

Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, along with state grabbed land restitution, has so far surveyed over 5,899,000 jeribs (1,179,800 hectares) of state-owned land in 28 provinces of the country.
