Over 203,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Ghazni
In proceed of State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MDUL, has registered 203,672 jeribs (40,734.4 hectares) of start land and public properties under state institutions use divided into 96 portions throughout central Ghazni province.
Out of the total; 1,538 jeribs (307.6 hectares) is public land under state institutions use and the remaining 202,134 jeribs (40,426.8 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.
Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has so far registered 6,438,349 jeribs (1,287,669.8 hectares) of state land and public properties divided into 6,651 portions in 28 provinces and is committed to the continuity of the process to facilitate the implementation of government’s major economic and development plans that are in the highest interest of the country.
