Over 178,100 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Laghman
In proceed of State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has registered 178,103 jeribs (35,620.6 hectares) of state land and public properties under the state institutions use in eastern Laghman province.
Out of the total; 15,488 jeribs (3,097.6 hectares) is public properties under the state institutions use and the remaining 162,615 jeribs (32,523 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.
Moreover, the MUDL, has so far registered more than 6,000,000 jeribs (1,200,000 hectares) of state land and is determined to register the land in order to implement public projects throughout the country.
