Over 150,000 Jeribs of Land Registered in Takhar

In proceed of State Land Bank, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has registered 155,294 jeribs (31,058.8 hectares) of state land and properties in northeastern Balkh province.

Out of total; 152,093 jeribs (30,418.6 hectares) are unused state-owned land - divided into 120 portions - and the remaining 3,201 jeribs (640.2 hectares) are public properties under state institutions use in 91 portions in the outskirt of Taloqan and throughout the province.

Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land has so far registered, surveyed and mapped 4,569,102 jeribs (913,820.4 hectares) of state land and properties divided in 5,292 portions in 28 provinces of the country.
