Over 1,300 OCs Issued in PD17 of Kabul City
In proceed of Programme for Registering Urban Informal Settlements (PRUIS), the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has issued 1,331 occupancy certificates to the residents of urban informal areas of 17th police district of the capital Kabul.
Moreover, since two years of the initiative in Kabul, Herat, Mazar-e-Sharif, Jalalabad, Kandahar, Farah, Bamyan and Nili, the MUDL, has registered more than 800,000 houses and distributed 30,000 occupancy certificates.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land is determined to register 1,000,000 houses and distribute 130,000 occupancy certificates by the end of the year.
