Over 12,000 Urban Informal Houses Registered in Farah

In implementation of the Programme for Registration of Urban Informal Settlement, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has surveyed 12,014 urban informal houses in western Farah province.

Moreover, the MUDL has registered and surveyed 790,446 houses in informal urban areas of Kabul, Mazar-e-Sharif, Herat, Kandahar, Jalalabad, Farah, Bamyan, central Nili of Daikundi and Mir Bacha Kot of Kabul, Balkh of Balkh, Spin Boldak of Kandahar and Injil of Herat districts respectively and in the meantime 20,000 occupancy certificates has also been distributed.
