Over 10 Kilo Meter TAPI Rout Land Consolidation Completed in Herat

In implementation of TAPI project, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has consolidated 12 kilo meters of land in western Herat province.
Moreover, the ownership consolidation of the rout has been started from the zero-point bordering Turkmenistan, has ended at three kilo meters to the city of Torghondi and the mentioned rout has been proved as state-owned land.
In addition, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice has prepared TAPI project exclusive law in 7 phases and 40 articles, by the enforcement basic facilities will be provided in implementation of TAPI project and will also operationalize 500 kilo volt energy project from Turkmenistan to Pakistan.
Based on the exclusive law, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land will have the authority of the ownership consolidation for the purpose of acquisition of properties on the rout.
Furthermore, the TAPI Gas Pipeline has 1,814 kilo meters of length, however, 816 kilo meters are crosses Herat, Farah, Nimruz and Kandahar to enter Fazilka city of Pakistan and then touch India.
