Over 326,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Paktya

In proceed of State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has registered 326,494 Jeribs (65,298 hectares) of state-owned land and properties divided into 298 portions throughout eastern Paktya province.

Out of the total; 1,863 jeribs (372 hectares) of land is public properties under state institutions use and the remaining 324,631 jeribs (64,926 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.

Moreover, since the initiative, in order to implement grand development projects, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has registered 6,919,515 jeribs (1,383,903 hectares) of state land and properties divided into 7012 portions into 32 provinces of the country.
