Land Consolidation and Pricing of Gardan Dewar-Chaghcharan Road Completes
Based on the decree from the Office of Chief of Staff for the President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has completed land ownership consolidation and pricing of second phase of Gardan Dewar-Charghcharan road.
Moreover, the second phase of the infrastructural project includes total 60 kilo meters length, out of which; 52 kilo meters passes central Behsud district of Maidan Wardak province and the remaining 8 kilo meters are through Bamyan province.
Out of the total; 52 kilo meters are of the second phase of infrastructural project, 147 jeribs (29.4 hectares) are private land and property and the remaining is state land and property, however, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land has consolidated the total figure of private property assessment is 70,000,000 AFN, which will be compensated after the approval from the Office of Chief of Staff for the President.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land has completed the process of consolidation, land acquisition and assessment of about 40 kilo meters of first phase.
