Land Consolidation and Acquisition of 500kw Turkmenistan Importing Energy Area Completed in Parwan

The Ministry of Urban Development and land – MUDL has completed kabd consolidation and pricing for the purpose of land acquisition of 175 pylons of the Turkmenistan 500kw energy in northern Parwan province.
Out of the total; 152 pylons are on state-owned land and the remaining 23 pylons are on private land, however, the way of 175 pylons in general encompasses Salang district to Khalazae village of Parwan province on the way of Kabul.
Moreover, through the implementation of the 500 kilo watt energy from Turkmenistan, having the capacity of 1,000 kilo watt electricity at a cost of 60,000,000 that will be funded by the Asian Developmental Bank, which will provide energy to Jawzjan, Balkh, Baghlan, Kabul, Logar, Nangarhar, Kunar, Ghazni, Maidan Wardak and Kandahar provinces.
