The Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, exploited Zaman Khil 12-classes school in Pulkhumri, the provincial city of northern Baghlan province.
The one-floor school has been constructed on 991m² of land, cost of 22,600,000 AFN funded by the developmental budget of the ministry.
