Over 384,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Balkh

In proceed of State Land Bank Programme, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has registered 384,802 Jeribs (76,960 hectares) of state-owned land and properties divided into 170 portions throughout northern Balkh province.

Out of the total; 6,737 jeribs (1,347 hectares) of land is public properties under state institutions use and the remaining 378,065 jeribs (75,613 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.

Moreover, since the initiative, in order to implement grand development projects, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has registered 6,919,515 jeribs (1,383,903 hectares) of state land and properties divided into 7012 portions into 32 provinces of the country.
