Over 183,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Badghis

In proceed of State Land Bank, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has registered 183,573 jeribs (36,714.6 hectares) of state land and properties divided into 150 portions throughout northwestern Badghis province.

Out of the total; 993 jeribs (198.6 hectares) is public properties under the state institutions use and the remaining 182,580 jeribs (36,516 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.

Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has so far registered 6,628,164 jeribs (1,325,632.8hectares) of state land and public properties divided into 6,651 portions in 28 provinces and is committed to the initiative in order to facilitate the implementation of government’s grand development and economic projects of the country.
