1.     The Afghanistan Land Administration System Project (ALASP) of MUDL has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the IDA and ARFT and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract hiring of a Consultancy Firm to Public Outreach and Citizen Engagement Program (POCEP) on OC, Gender, and GRM under ALASP.

2.       The Afghanistan Land Administration System Project of MUDL now invites from all eligible Consulting firm (Consultants) to express their interest in providing the services.

3.     The consulting firm will be selected through Quality and Cost Based selection (QCBS) following open International market.

4.     Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Urban Development, Afghanistan Land Administration System Project, Ghafar Mateen ghafar.mateen@mudl.gov.af Copy to naseeb.arman.mudl.gov.af, ,by 08:00 to 16:00 hours at the address given below at the end of this SPN.

5.         The Expression of Interest document in English will be available for download at the NPA’s website: www.ageops.net. Or hard/soft copy can be collected by interested eligible firms upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent as well by email upon a scanned signed application.

6.         Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person, or by mail, or by fax, or by e-mail) by January 06, 2020, 15:00 Hrs (Kabul Local Time) duly quoting the case’s reference number i.e. ALASP/C-5.1
