MUDL to Begin Reconstruction of Noor-al-Islam Masque in Kabul
By the completion of initial and technical studies, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL will start the reconstruction and restoration work of Noor-Al-Islam moque in capital Kabul.
Moreover, this cultural project will be reconstructed and restored at a total cost of 40,000,000 AFN through the National Directorate of Reconstruction and Restoration of Historical Sites and Mosques of the ministry.
In addition, the historical mosque is going to be constructed on 3,900 meter squares of land in one floor,
The mosque has been constructed in 1213 A.H in the era of Ahmad Shah Durrani the founder of modern Afghanistan.
