In addition to the design of residential towns and residential areas, the Ministry of Urban Development and Lands has also prepared a plan for an orphanage for children with disabilities in the Qasbeh area of Kabul. The orphanage is located on 1.2 hectares of land, which includes educational, health, residential, service, sports and recreation sectors, and provides education for 100 children with disabilities.
