Over 300,000 Jeribs of Land Registered in Nangarhar
In proceed of State Land Bank, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has registered 363,389 jeribs (72677.8 hectares) of state land and public properties under state institutions use in eastern Nangarhar province.
Out of the total; 349,014 jeribs (69,802.8 hectares) are unused state land in 123 portion and the remaining 14,375 jeribs (2,875 hectares) are state properties, which is in 98 portion throughout the province.
However, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has so far registered, surveyed and mapped 4,569,102 jeribs (913,820.4 hectares) of state land and property, throughout 28 provinces of the country.
