Over 248,000 Jeribs of State Land Registered in Jowzjan

In proceed of State Land Bank, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL, has registered 248,636 jeribs (49,727.2 hectares) of state land and public properties divided into 262 portions throughout northern Jowzjan province.

Out of the total; 54,046 jeribs (10,809.2 hectares) is public properties under state institutions use and the remaining 194,590 jeribs (38,918 hectares) of state land is yet to be used.

Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land, has so far registered 6,438,349 jeribs (1,287,669.8 hectares) of state land and public properties divided into 6,651 portions in 28 provinces and is committed to the initiative in order to facilitate the implementation of government’s grand development and economic projects of the country.
