Over 200,000 Jeribs of Land Registered in Kunduz
In proceed of State Land Bank implementation, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has registered 205,036 jeribs (41,007 hectares) of state land and public properties under the use of state institutions in northern Kunduz province.
Out of the total; 193,755 jeribs (38,751 hectares) are unused land in 66 portions and the remaining 11,280 jeribs (2,256 hectares) are state property that is divided into 196 portions throughout the province.
In addition, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land has so far surveyed, registered and mapped nearly 5,000,000 jeribs (1,000,000 hectares) of state land and property, which has been divided into 5,292 portions in 28 provinces of the country.
