Over 60,000 Jeribs of Land Registered in Kapisa
In proceed of the State Land Bank, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land – MUDL has so far surveyed and registered 60,195 jeribs (12,039 hectares) of state-owned land in the outskirt of in the northeastern Kapisa province.
Out of the total; 4,443 jeribs (888.6 hectares) of land, divided into 271 portions, is state-owned and the remaining 55,752 jeribs (11,150.4 hectares) of land, divided into 176 portions, is yet to be used throughout the province.
Moreover, the Ministry of Urban Development and Land has so far surveyed, registered and mapped more than 5,237,946 jeribs (10,475,89.2 hectares) of land in 5,878 portions throughout the country.
